![]() Oh, and when I viewed their website 2 days ago they have a large banner indicating they have a large loaner fleet and shuttle service. This is hardly a good indication that this is a caring competent dealership. This service was done on Decemand I have not had anyone contact me following my complaint discussion which I had with their customer service pop-up person on their website and follow up email to the auto responder email I received saying someone would get back to me very soon. This probably also means the front and rear brakes were not inspected as the documentation indicates. Also if the wheels were rotated, the dust should have been on the rear wheels. Well, after we had the car back home I checked and verified the oil was clean but noticed the very poor car wash left evidence the tires were not rotated as there still was brake dust on the front wheels and you could see the tires on the rear were less worn than the fronts. The car was picked up after the Service Department closed. They also claim to wash the car after each service. This service is an oil and filter change, tire rotation and a checklist of things on a car about a year old, including brake inspection. So, we waited the 3 weeks for the 10K service. While on the phone making the appointment arrangements asking if there were loaners available while cars were being serviced my daughter was told by the female voice who answered the call “no, who told you that?” and it would take 3 weeks before the car could be taken in.
